Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups Ingredients
- ½ lb. deli-sliced chicken breast
- 4 12-inch tortillas
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 3 oz. blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ c. buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp. freeze dried chives
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, freeze dried chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well-combined.
- Spread roughly ¼ of the mixture onto each tortilla. You'll want to spread the mixture into a smooth, thin layer, going almost up to the edge of the tortilla. Place deli-sliced chicken breast on top of the mixture.
- Roll each pinwheel up as tightly as possible. Cover individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours, allowing the smear to thicken and making them easier to slice.
- Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, slice, and enjoy!
