How to Make Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, freeze dried chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well-combined.
  2. Spread roughly ¼ of the mixture onto each tortilla. You'll want to spread the mixture into a smooth, thin layer, going almost up to the edge of the tortilla. Place deli-sliced chicken breast on top of the mixture.
  3. Roll each pinwheel up as tightly as possible. Cover individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours, allowing the smear to thicken and making them easier to slice.
  4. Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, slice, and enjoy!

Pro Tips for Making This Recipe

  1. The refrigeration time is necessary to allow the cream cheese mixture to firm up and to make slicing even easier - don't skip this step!
  2. If able, allowing the roll ups to be in the refrigerator overnight is even better!
