  • 36 oz. smoked sausage, sliced
  • ¾ c. cola
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. honey Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

How to Make Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Kielbasa

  1. Add your kielbasa to a bowl. Add the Coke, brown sugar, mustard, and chili powder. Give everything a stir until it is well combined.
  2. Add the kielbasa to the slow cooker and cover.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on slow.
  4. For the last bit of the cooking process, I remove the lid from the slow cooker so the sauce can get thick.
  5. At the end of cooking, if the sauce is not thick and glazy enough, you can add the sausage to a baking dish and broil until glazy.
