Irish Coffee Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 c. freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 ½ oz. Irish whiskey
  • ¼ c. heavy whipping cream

How to Make Irish Coffee

  1. Add the brown sugar to a heatproof mug. Pour in the hot coffee and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the Irish whiskey.
  3. Lightly whip the heavy cream until it thickens slightly but is still pourable. Slowly pour it over the back of a spoon so it gently floats on top of the coffee.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
