Ham Cobb Salad

Ham Cobb Salad Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 6 oz. honey ham, diced
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- ¼ red onion, diced
- radishes, sliced
- shredded carrots
- croutons
- cherry tomatoes, halved
For the Dressing
- ⅔ c. buttermilk
- ⅔ c. Duke's Mayonnaise
- ½ c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
- 2 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper

How to Make a Ham Cobb Salad
- Wash all produce ingredients. Chop and dice all ingredients as instructed.
- Place the chopped romaine in the bottom of a large bowl. On top of the lettuce, add rolls of honey ham, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, diced red onion, sliced radishes, shredded carrots, croutons, and halved cherry tomatoes. Serve with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
