Ham Cobb Salad

Hey, y'all! Is there anything more delicious than a cobb salad? While I love to order them out at restaurants, having a restaurant-quality cobb salad at home is as easy as it gets! I hope you love the recipe for my Ham Cobb Salad as much as I do!

Ham Cobb Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 6 oz. honey ham, diced
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 oz. blue cheese
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • radishes, sliced
  • shredded carrots
  • croutons
  • cherry tomatoes, halved

For the Dressing

  • ⅔ c. buttermilk
  • ⅔ c. Duke's Mayonnaise
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

How to Make a Ham Cobb Salad

  1. Wash all produce ingredients. Chop and dice all ingredients as instructed.
  2. Place the chopped romaine in the bottom of a large bowl. On top of the lettuce, add rolls of honey ham, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, diced red onion, sliced radishes, shredded carrots, croutons, and halved cherry tomatoes. Serve with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
