How to Make Snoball Brownies

  1. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Prepare the brownie mix according to the box and bake it up. Let it cool completely (about an hour).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the marshmallow fluff and vanilla frosting until it’s smooth and creamy. You can microwave the fluff for 10–15 seconds to make it easier to scoop.
  3. Spread that marshmallow frosting over the cooled brownies.
  4. In another bowl, add the shredded coconut and a few drops of pink food coloring. Stir until it’s all coated. You can add more dye if needed to get that perfect Snoball pink.
  5. Sprinkle the coconut over the frosted brownies and gently press it down so it sticks.
  6. Use the parchment paper to lift the brownies out of the pan. Slice them up and serve!
