Hey, y’all! If there’s a food that has been a tried and true favorite of mine throughout the years, it’s chicken salad. While there are many varieties (and, to be honest, I love most all of ’em), I have two favorites: traditional southern chicken salad with grapes and Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad. I’m so excited to share this recipe with y’all today!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a way to simplify making chicken salad?

Absolutely; use a pre-made rotisserie chicken from the supermarket. That’s one of my favorite kitchen hacks!

I’m allergic to nuts; how can I adapt this recipe?

This recipe is still fabulous without the pecans; simply make it a cranberry chicken salad!

What type of mayonnaise should I use for chicken salad?

In my opinion, there’s one and only one answer to this: Duke’s.
