- 1 rotisserie chicken white meat only
- 1 c. Duke's mayonnaise more if needed/to taste
- ½ c. pecans
- 1 tbsp. Grey Poupon dijon mustard
- 3 stalks celery diced
- 5 oz. dried cranberries
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tsp. sugar
- kosher salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- croissants for serving
Remove meat from rotisserie chicken + dice into large pieces.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well-combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve; serve with croissants. Enjoy!
