Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken white meat only
  • 1 c. Duke's mayonnaise more if needed/to taste
  • ½ c. pecans
  • 1 tbsp. Grey Poupon dijon mustard
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 5 oz. dried cranberries
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • kosher salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • croissants for serving

Instructions
 

  • Remove meat from rotisserie chicken + dice into large pieces.
  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well-combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve; serve with croissants. Enjoy!
