How to Make Cheesy Sausage Biscuit Bites

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a standard muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain most of the grease, then transfer the sausage to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, softened cream cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  4. Separate each biscuit and split it in half horizontally. Press each piece into a muffin cup, working the dough up the sides to form a small cup.
  5. Evenly divide the sausage mixture among the biscuit cups.
  6. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. Let the cream cheese soften before mixing so it blends easily with the sausage.
  2. Don't overfill the biscuit cups or the filling may bubble over while baking.
  3. Use hot sausage for extra flavor or substitute mild sausage for a less spicy version.
  4. Spray the muffin tin well to make removing the bites easy.
