Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. If you can get your hands on fresh passionfruit juice, do it. The flavor is unbeatable.
  2. Add a slice of jalapeño to the shaker if you’re feeling bold. It’ll give your margarita a little heat.
  3. Hosting a crowd? Multiply the recipe and serve it in a large pitcher.
  4. Pop your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before serving. It keeps your drink colder longer and makes you feel fancy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use bottled lime juice?

You can, but fresh lime juice makes a world of difference.

What if I don't have Tajin?

No worries! You can use a mix of salt and chili powder, or just plain salt if you're keeping it simple.

Can I make it non-alcoholic?

Absolutely! Skip the tequila and orange liqueur and add a splash of orange juice and sparkling water instead.

What kind of tequila should I use?

A good Blanco (silver) tequila works best here. Smooth, clean, and lets that passion fruit shine.
