This has become my go-to marinade whenever chicken is on the menu. The combination of soy sauce, vinegar, herbs, and seasonings adds plenty of flavor while helping keep the chicken tender and juicy. It's just as good for a quick weeknight dinner as it is for grilling enough chicken to enjoy throughout the week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bake this instead of grilling?

Sure can. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness. Make sure the chicken reaches 165F.

Can I use fresh herbs instead of dried?

Absolutely! Just double the amount since fresh herbs aren't as concentrated.
