Simple Grilled Chicken Marinade

This has become my go-to marinade whenever chicken is on the menu. The combination of soy sauce, vinegar, herbs, and seasonings adds plenty of flavor while helping keep the chicken tender and juicy. It's just as good for a quick weeknight dinner as it is for grilling enough chicken to enjoy throughout the week.
