Hey, y'all! Do you have a sweet tooth? Who am I kidding... we all do. While a sweet treat is always welcome in my life, I will say this: not all sweets are created equal. That said, I recently found a dessert mecca - and I know y'all are going to love it as much as I did: Sweets by Cindy.

Located in the heart of Junction City, KY, Sweets by Cindy offers a wide array of desserts. The only thing sweeter than the desserts is Cindy herself. Locally-owned, talented, and kind - it's a trifecta in my book.

Sweets by Cindy Menu

The wonderful part about being a customer at Sweets by Cindy is that the menu constantly changes. You'll always find something new to try on your visit!

You'll find her cupcakes on the right side of the display case. There is indeed a flavor for any palate, to name a few: Death by Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Banana Pudding, Peanut Butter, Banana Walnut, Oreo, Strawberry (dipped and classic), Butterscotch, and even some regional highlights, such as the Mt. Dew Cupcake. You are missing out if you've never had a Mt. Dew cake!

The shop doesn't only focus on cupcakes, though - you'll also find cake balls, cookies, no-bakes, cake, and a plethora of other desserts. Be sure to keep up with Cindy on social media to see what's being offered in the shop!

Cindy also makes cakes and desserts for weddings, birthdays, and events; I highly recommend that you consider her for your next function.

What I Ordered

You must get cupcakes. I ordered a six pack with two each of Butterscotch, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Oreo. I highly recommend each!

I also couldn't resist the peanut butter cookie sandwich, which was whoopie pie adjacent. Two cookies surrounded a peanut butter icing that was full of flavor. If you're a peanut butter lover like me, don't miss this!

I also really enjoyed the no-bake cookies. They were delicious (and if I'm being honest, were eaten on the car ride home).

While this is what I ordered, I'll say you can't go wrong at Sweets by Cindy. Her prices are fabulous, and her quality speaks for itself with each bite. Order a lot and visit often!
