Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. After cooking, rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process and ensure it cools down quickly. This helps prevent the pasta from sticking together and becoming gummy.
  2. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This gives the flavors time to meld together and enhances the overall taste of the dish.
  3. If you don't like salami, pepperoni is a fantastic substitute.

I always felt that pasta salad with mayo gets a bit bland (and of course very high in calories). Yours solves that problem admirably with the fresh italian dressing and all the extra flavor coming from salami, olives and cheese. Makes it even better the next day!
