Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 2 oz. black olives canned and drained
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese cubed `
  • 6 oz. salami cubed
  • 1 tbsp. Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 16 oz. Olive Garden Signature Italian Dressing or the Italian dressing of your choice

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta following the box instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • Chop the cucumber and onion; cut the tomatoes in half.
  • In a big bowl, mix the cooled pasta with cucumber, tomato, onion, olives, cheese, salami, seasoning, and dressing.
  • Gently toss until everything is coated with dressing.
  • Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Dig in and enjoy!

Notes

  • After cooking, rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking process and ensure it cools down quickly. This helps prevent the pasta from sticking together and becoming gummy.
  • Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This gives the flavors time to meld together and enhances the overall taste of the dish.
  • If you don't like salami, pepperoni is a fantastic substitute.
