  • 2 (14 oz.) packs of kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • Red onion, chopped
  • Green pepper, chopped
  • Red pepper, chopped
  • 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add the chopped kielbasa, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and pineapple chunks. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking, until the sauce is thick and glossy and the kielbasa is lightly caramelized.
