  • 1 Pink Lady apple, sliced and cut into star shapes
  • 1 lb. strawberries, quartered
  • 1 lb. blueberries
  • splash of lemon juice

  1. Rinse and quarter the strawberries, then place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Wash the blueberries and add them to the bowl with the strawberries. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Wash the Pink Lady apple and cut star shapes using a small cookie cutter. Toss the apple stars with a small squeeze of lemon juice to help prevent browning.
  4. Add the apple stars to the bowl with the other fruit and gently toss to combine without crushing the berries.
  5. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
