How to Make a Patriotic Fruit and Cheese Platter

  1. After washing and drying your fruit, remove the stems from the strawberries. Cut cheese into equally-sized rectangular slices.
  2. Place your blueberries in a small white bowl and set it in the corner as a placeholder on your rectangular tray. The blueberries will eventually resemble the top left corner of the US Flag.
  3. Make equally sized horizontal lines of cheese and strawberries on the platter. I like to make the lines double - two lines of strawberries, two lines of cheese, etc.
  4. Leave the blueberries in the bowl or pour them into the remaining open space. Straighten your lines and enjoy!
