Jalapeño Popper Dip

Hey, y'all! Love jalapeño poppers? I do more than I'd like to admit! What if I told you that you could get the same great taste of a jalapeño popper with significantly less work? That statement is not too good to be true, which is why I am so excited to share my Jalapeño Popper Dip recipe with y'all today. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Jalapeño Popper Dip Ingredients

  • 1 package of Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. canned diced jalapeños, drained
  • 1 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

How to Make Jalapeño Popper Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a skillet, cook Smithfield bacon until crisp. Once cooled, chop the bacon.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, diced jalapeños, freeze-drived chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold in bacon.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly.
  5. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon cooked and chopped
