Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Smithfield Hometown Original Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 block cream cheese softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 4 oz. canned diced jalapeños drained
  • 1 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a skillet, cook Smithfield bacon until crisp. Once cooled, chop the bacon.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, diced jalapeños, freeze-drived chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold in bacon.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly.
  • Enjoy!
