2c.cheddar cheeseshredded
1c.Monterey jack cheeseshredded
4oz.canned diced jalapeñosdrained
1tbsp.freeze-dried chives
1tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a skillet, cook Smithfield bacon until crisp. Once cooled, chop the bacon.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, diced jalapeños, freeze-drived chives, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fold in bacon.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly.
