Homemade Big Mac Sauce

Hey, y'all! Love the sauce on a McDonald's Big Mac? Same! The best part is that you don't have to visit the restaurant to enjoy the sauce; you can simply make my Homemade Big Mac Sauce at home... and it couldn't be easier!

My Homemade Big Mac Sauce goes best on my Big Mac Sliders. That said, you could put this on so many sandwiches!

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. Using a food processor really speeds up this recipe and allows all ingredients to evenly mix. If you do not have a food processor, you can use a blender.
  2. If you have neither a blender or a food processor, you can simply mix together the ingredients in a bowl. The only difference would be the texture stemming from the sweet pickle relish.

Hey, y’all! I’m Dr. JC Phelps, though most folks on the internet know me as JCP Eats. I’m a proud Kentuckian, a fiercely loyal Southerner, and quite possibly the biggest mayonnaise fan below the Mason-Dixon Line. I started JCP Eats as a place to share the recipes, traditions, and flavors I grew up with, along with the dishes that have found a permanent place at my table. I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome to my Kentucky kitchen!
