Hey, y'all! We love sausage balls in the south (my favorite variety = my pimento cheese sausage balls). As I was cooking up some new spins on the classic recipe this weekend, I ended up with these Chorizo Sausage Balls. They are absolutely delicious + pack so much flavor. I know y'all will love them just as much as I do!

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe
- If you want to make these ahead of time, you can pre-roll the sausage balls out into balls and freeze them. If doing this, place them on a lined baking sheet and allow them to fully freeze. One frozen, you can remove them from the baking sheet and place into a gallon freezer bag.
