I always use frozen spinach when making spinach dip and thaw it in the microwave. After thawing, be sure to drain all of the liquid -- there will be a lot of it!

Spinach Bacon Artichoke Dip Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
- 6-8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ c. Duke's Mayonnaise
- ½ c. Sour Cream
- 1 c. pepper jack cheese, shredded
- ½ c. parmesan cheese, grated
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- black pepper, to taste


How to Make Spinach Bacon Artichoke Dip
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Thaw frozen spinach in the microwave; drain all of the juice.
- In a large bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, chopped bacon, Duke's mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well-combined. Season, to taste, with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer into a baking dish; if desired, top with additional pepper jack cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
