Thaw frozen spinach in the microwave; drain all of the juice.
In a large bowl, combine thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, chopped bacon, Duke's mayonnaise, sour cream, softened cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well-combined. Season, to taste, with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Transfer into a baking dish; if desired, top with additional pepper jack cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!
