Frequently Asked Questions

Can I freeze the chicken patties?

Absolutely! Form the patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

What should I do if the patties fall apart while cooking?

If the patties are falling apart, they might need more breadcrumbs or an additional egg to bind the mixture. Also, chilling the patties before cooking can help them hold their shape.

How do I know when the patties are fully cooked?

The internal temperature of the patties should reach 165°F. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
