How to Make Cuban Sandwich Sliders

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Slice King's Hawaiian slider rolls in half (I slice the entire pack in one cut - it makes layering much easier).
  3. On the bottom half of the sliders, spread a thin layer of Duke's mayonnaise. Evenly layer the honey ham slices on top of the mayonnaise, followed by the Swiss cheese, and the dill pickles. Place the other half of the slider buns on top.
  4. Melt butter in the microwave. Add dijon mustard, minced onion, poppy seeds, and garlic powder to the butter. Spread evenly over the top of the slider buns.
  5. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, watching to ensure that the tops do not get too brown.
  6. Cut the sliders into individual servings with a knife and enjoy!
