Hey, y'all! Is there a more perfect party appetizer than a pinwheel? They couldn't be easier to make and they are always a crowd favorite. That's a win-win in my book. I hope y'all love the recipe for these Chicken Cheddar Pinwheels!

  • 3 12-inch tortilla wraps
  • ½ lb. deli-sliced chicken
  • 8 oz. sliced cheddar cheese
  • Large romaine leaves, ribs removed
  • ⅓ c. Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

How to Make Chicken Cheddar Pinwheels

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly across the tortilla wraps.
  2. Top with deli-sliced chicken, cheddar cheese slices, and lettuce.
  3. Roll each pinwheel tightly and slice. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
