Ingredients

  • 3 tortilla wraps 12 inch
  • ½ lb. deli-sliced chicken
  • 8 oz. sliced cheddar cheese
  • Large romaine leaves ribs removed
  • c. Duke’s Mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly across the tortilla wraps.
  • Top with deli-sliced chicken, cheddar cheese slices, and lettuce.
  • Roll each pinwheel tightly and slice. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Be sure to roll the pinwheels very tightly!
  • Before cutting the pinwheels, pop them in the fridge for a bit. Chilled pinwheels hold their shape better, making slicing a breeze. Plus, the cold temperature enhances the refreshing crunch of the lettuce.
  • Secure your pinwheels with toothpicks. This not only keeps them intact but also adds a handy serving element – perfect for party platters or sharing with friends.
