Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Ingredients

  • 16 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1.5 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) tomatoes with chiles (Rotel), drained
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. butter

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray or grease a 13x9 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery; cook for roughly 5 minutes, or until onions and celery are tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion and celery, chicken brother, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, Rotel, mushrooms, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in chicken and half of the cheese.
  4. Add pasta and toss until evenly coated. Add to the greased baking dish and top with the final cup of cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!

  1. Customize the cheeses used to your liking.
  2. If you want the recipe to be spicier, add some red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
