2c.cheddar cheeseshredded
4c.cooked chickenchopped
1.5c.chicken broth
10.5oz.cream of mushroom soup
10.5oz.cream of chicken soup
10 oz.tomatoes with chiles (Rotel)drained
4 oz.mushroomscanned & drained
½c.sour cream
1c.onionchopped
1c.celerychopped
1tsp.kosher salt
1tsp.black pepper
1tsp.garlic powder
3tbsp.butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray or grease a 13x9 baking dish.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery; cook for roughly 5 minutes, or until onions and celery are tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion and celery, chicken brother, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, Rotel, mushrooms, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in chicken and half of the cheese.
Add pasta and toss until evenly coated. Add to the greased baking dish and top with the final cup of cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
Notes
Customize the cheeses used to your liking.
If you want the recipe to be spicier, add some red pepper flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
This dish can be made in advance. Simply prepare the dish, cover it tightly, and refrigerate. It'll be ready to bake the next day!
For a side dish, this serves well with a side salad and garlic bread.
