  • ¼ c. chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ c. red onion, finely diced
  • ¼ c. shredded parmesan
  • ½ c. Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • toppings of choice
