Crockpot Turkey Breast Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast, 4-6 lbs, thawed (boneless or bone-in)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. chicken or vegetable stock
  • a few sprigs of fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and bay leaves, for cooking

How to Make A Crockpot Turkey Breast

  1. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to make a rub. Set aside.
  2. Pat the turkey fully dry with paper towels. Slather the turkey breast with the seasoned olive oil rub, using most of the rub for the top and the sides.
  3. Pour the chicken/vegetable stock into the bottom of the crockpot and add in the fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, and bay leaves. Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of. 165F.
  5. Remove the turkey breast from the crockpot and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
