Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Hey, y'all! If you love buffalo chicken, I have an exciting new recipe for you: my Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese! It's creamy, cheesy, and packs a small punch with the buffalo sauce. Making this in the slow cooker makes this dish a breeze!

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Ingredients

  • 16 oz. rotini or elbow noodles
  • 3 c. cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 ¼ c. milk
  • ½ c. buffalo sauce, more or less to taste (can add more at the end)
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • Green onions, sliced, for topping

How to Make Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

  1. Place cooked chicken in your crockpot and sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Add shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Pour in milk, chicken broth, and buffalo sauce.
  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
  4. Approximately 30 minutes before cooking is complete, boil noodles until al dente according to package instructions.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the crockpot, stirring to coat with the sauce. Serve topped with sliced green onions and enjoy!
