White Cheddar Bacon Pimento Cheese

Hey, y'all! I've made it abundantly clear here on the blog, but one thing is for sure: I take pimento cheese very seriously. My newest version, my White Cheddar Bacon Pimento Cheese, is my new favorite variety -- an accolade that I do not say casually.

We take pimento cheese very serious down here in the South!

White Cheddar Bacon Pimento Cheese Ingredients

  • 12 oz. white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 ¼ c. Duke's Mayonnaise, more if desired
  • ½ block cream cheese, softened
  • 4-6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 4 oz. pimentos, drained
  • 2 tbsp. green chilis, drained
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

How to Make White Cheddar Bacon Pimento Cheese

  1. Grate the white cheddar cheese. In a large bowl, combine shredded cheese with Duke's Mayonnaise, cream cheese, chopped bacon, pimentos, green chilis, chives, Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Mix until well-combined. Add more mayonnaise until you've reached your desired consistency, if desired.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Ingredients

    Can I use Miracle Whip instead of mayonnaise! I can’t tolerate mayonnaise!

      While I like mayonnaise, you can use MW if that's what you prefer! : )
