Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 ¼ c. Duke's Mayonnaise more if desired
  • ½ block cream cheese softened
  • 4-6 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 4 oz. pimentos drained
  • 2 tbsp. green chilis drained
  • 1 tbsp. chives
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Grate the white cheddar cheese. In a large bowl, combine shredded cheese with Duke's Mayonnaise, cream cheese, chopped bacon, pimentos, green chilis, chives, Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Mix until well-combined. Add more mayonnaise until you've reached your desired consistency, if desired.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

If you're looking to shred/grate the cheese quickly, use your food processor!
