Ingredients: Taco Stuffed Shells

  • 16 oz. box of jumbo shells
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1.25 oz. taco seasoning
  • 16 oz. jar of thick and chunky salsa
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1.5 c. Mexican-style shredded cheese
  • Green onion, diced tomatoes, and/or sour cream for topping.

How to Make Taco Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions, then set them aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Stir in Taco Seasoning until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add salsa, sour cream, and half of the Mexican-style cheese, mixing well.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Stuff the cooked shells with the beef mixture and arrange them in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the stuffed shells.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
