- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. sparkling water
- Fresh mint
- Fresh lemon wheels, for garnish

How to Make a Sparkling Lemonade Mocktail
- In a sturdy glass, put in half of the lemon juice along with 2 fresh mint leaves. Crush the mint leaves with the lemon juice.
- Put ice into the glass, then pour in the rest of the lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling water.
- Stir thoroughly to mix and chill.
- Fill another glass with fresh ice, and strain the mixture over the ice.
- Top with a sprig of fresh mint and a lemon wheel for garnish.
