  • 1 3 oz. package of orange Jello mix
  • 1 c. of boiling water
  • ½ c. of cold water
  • 1 3.5 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz. of Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 c. of mini marshmallows
  • 3 15 oz. cans of mandarin oranges (drained)

How to Make Orange Fluff Salad

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the orange Jello and boiling water until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water and whisk to combine. Stir in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and gently fold in the Cool Whip until no white streaks remain.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows, then gently fold in the mandarin oranges.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
