  • 1 lb. cod fillet
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. granulated garlic
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

How to Make Maple Mustard Glazed Cod

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees. Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Coat cod fillets on all sides with maple-mustard dressing, and place in a dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes. If the pieces are thick, then after 15 minutes turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the baked cod immediately after baking.
