- 1 lb. cod fillet
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. granulated garlic
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees. Place all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Coat cod fillets on all sides with maple-mustard dressing, and place in a dish.
Bake for 20 minutes. If the pieces are thick, then after 15 minutes turn them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve the baked cod immediately after baking.
