Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese Ingredients
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1-2 jalapeño pepper(s), seeded and diced (use based on your heat preference)
- 4 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
- ¾ c. Duke's mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes


How to Make Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese
- In a bowl, stir together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Fold in bacon and diced jalapeno.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with artisan crackers, biscuits, carrots/celery, on top of a burger... get creative!
