Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese

Hey, y'all! There's nothing that a southerner loves more than pimento cheese. I'm excited to share a twist on the classic today -- my Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese! Full of flavor, I just know y'all are going to love it!

Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese Ingredients

  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1-2 jalapeño pepper(s), seeded and diced (use based on your heat preference)
  • 4 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
  • ¾ c. Duke's mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

How to Make Jalapeño Bacon Pimento Cheese

  1. In a bowl, stir together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Fold in bacon and diced jalapeno.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with artisan crackers, biscuits, carrots/celery, on top of a burger... get creative!
