1-2jalapeño pepper(s)seeded and diced (use based on your heat preference)
4oz.diced pimentosdrained
¾c.Duke's mayonnaise
½tsp.kosher salt
½tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.onion powder
¼tsp.red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Fold in bacon and diced jalapeno.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with artisan crackers, biscuits, carrots/celery, on top of a burger... get creative!
Notes
Adjust the spice level through the inclusion of the fresh jalapeños. Start with one and add another if you want a bigger kick!
