Decadent Spinach Souffle

Hey, y'all! Looking for the perfect side dish? There are few better than my Decadent Spinach Souffle. This dish is perfect to serve on a special occasion. While it'll taste upscale, the best part is that it couldn't be easier to make!

Decadent Spinach Souffle Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 c. pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • ½ c. butter, melted (extra for greasing the dish)
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

How to Make Decadent Spinach Souffle

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Microwave frozen spinach, according to instructions on package, until thawed. Drain/squeeze the spinach until all excess liquid is removed.
  3. Grease a 1 ½-2 qt. baking dish with butter. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly-mixed. Pour into greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve and enjoy!

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe

  1. Make sure that your spinach is well-drained; if not, the souffle will have unwanted liquid content.
  2. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature prior to mixing. It makes mixing so much easier!
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
