Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Dip

Hey, y'all! Is there any food more versatile than a dip? I like them in so many varieties, though have recently had quite the craving for my Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Dip. It's thick, boasts a kick, and is finger lickin' good. I know you're going to love it just as much as I do!

This Cheesy Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Dip will easily last for 3-4 days in the refrigerator. For best reheating, place it in a greased oven-safe dish in the oven at 300F until it has reached your desired temperature.

  • cream cheese
  • pepper jack cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • bacon
  • jalapeños
  • cayenne pepper
  • minced onion
  • garlic powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • parsley
  • basil
  • kosher salt

Directions: How to Make Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp; chop. Thinly slice/chop fresh jalapeño.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add into a greased oven-safe dish and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips + enjoy!
