2 cans whole kernel corn drained 8 oz. cream cheese softened 8 oz. pepper jack cheese 8 oz. cheddar cheese 8 slices bacon 2 jalapeños diced 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. parsley 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp. basil kosher salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook bacon until crisp; chop. Thinly slice/chop fresh jalapeño.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add into a greased oven-safe dish and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips + enjoy!
