Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz. pepper jack cheese
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 jalapeños diced
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Cook bacon until crisp; chop. Thinly slice/chop fresh jalapeño.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add into a greased oven-safe dish and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips + enjoy!
