Cake Mix Red Velvet Cookies

Hey, y'all! Who doesn't love red velvet? I'm excited to share a new red velvet recipe with y'all today: my Cake Mix Red Velvet Cookies! With only four ingredients, these cookies could not be easier to make. That said, don't let the simple ingredients fool you - these cookies are divine!

Ingredients: Cake Mix Red Velvet Cookies

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. white chocolate chips

How to Make Cake Mix Red Velvet Cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. The dough will become thick. Continue folding the mixture with a cake spatula, until all dry cake mix spots are gone. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  4. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto parchment paper, 2-3 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before removing from the pan.
  6. Enjoy!
