How to Make Cake Mix Red Velvet Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350F.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. The dough will become thick. Continue folding the mixture with a cake spatula, until all dry cake mix spots are gone. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto parchment paper, 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before removing from the pan.
- Enjoy!

Pro Tips For Making This Recipe
- Ensure your eggs are at room temperature before mixing them with the other ingredients. This helps create a smoother batter and promotes even baking.
- Keep an eye on the cookies as they bake. They should be set and slightly firm around the edges but still soft in the center when done. Overbaking can result in dry cookies.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This helps them firm up slightly and makes them easier to handle without breaking.
