Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this vegetarian?

Absolutely! Swap the chicken broth for veggie broth, and you're good to go.

Can I use milk instead of heavy cream?

You can, but heavy cream gives that rich, silky texture we all love.

What if I don't have Dijon mustard?

Regular yellow mustard works in a pinch, but Dijon adds a nice depth of flavor.
