Ingredients
  

  • 3.9 oz. box chocolate pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows plus more for topping
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • 4-5 graham crackers plus more for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until fully dissolved and thickened. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula until well combined.
  • Break the graham crackers into small, bite-sized pieces. Add them, along with the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, to the bowl. Stir gently until everything is evenly mixed. Place the bowl in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the fridge and top with extra mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker pieces, if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Allow the dessert to chill for at least an hour so the pudding thickens fully and the flavors combine. It also makes the graham crackers slightly soft without becoming mushy.
  • When adding the Cool Whip, use a rubber spatula and gently fold it in. This keeps the mixture light and fluffy, preventing it from deflating.
  • For the best texture, use fresh graham crackers that snap cleanly. This gives the dessert a nice crunch before chilling softens them slightly.
  • If you’re adding extra marshmallows, chocolate chips, or graham crackers on top, do it just before serving. This keeps the toppings fresh and crunchy.
