Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts large
  • 2 c. salsa
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • taco shells of choice
  • toppings of choice

Instructions
 

  • Add the chicken breasts to your crockpot. Top with taco seasoning and the salsa.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir well to combine.
  • Add the shredded chicken to a taco shell and top with your chosen toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for easy shredding.
  • Use two large forks or a hand mixer to quickly shred the chicken.
  • Let the chicken sit for 10 minutes after shredding to absorb more flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days for easy meal prep.
